Exporting Handling Plan Reports
From the ‘Patient Detail’ view you will see a dropdown.
Whilst the handling plan is still in development the only report you can export is the implementation tasks which is a list of items that need to be completed before the handling plan can be implemented.
To export this document click on ‘Implementation Tasks Report’ in the list.
The report will be then exported as a word document.
To export the other documents the handling plan record must be flagged as completed.
To flag the handling plan record as completed click on the ‘Positive Handling Plan Development’ button for that handling plan record on the Patient Detail view.
From the handling Plan Development view click the switch next to the ‘Is Handling Plan Completed?’ statement.
Click ‘Save and exit’ at the bottom of the screen.
You will now note that the handling plan record option on the list in the Patient Detail view will change.
Instead of buttons for Situation, Goals, Risks, Solutions and Positive Handling Plan Development, there will now only be a button for ‘Reviews’ and another for ‘View Positive Handling Plan Details.
And if you click the ‘Reports’ dropdown all of the reports are now available for export.
These can be exported in the same way as the ‘Implementation Tasks Report’ detailed above.
