Removing Team Members from a Handling Plan Record
Team members are an important part of a successful handling plan adding their experience and knowledge to the process.
Sometimes a team member needs to be removed from a handling plan record (they may be leaving the organisation, or moving to a new role) and ‘need to know’ means they should no longer have access to this patient’s information.
Team members are managed from the Team section of the handling plan record.
To access the Team view click on the Team button for a handling plan record.
On the teams page we can see a list of current team members, with a lead assessor and a co-assessor shown here.
Besides the buttons for ‘Invitations’ and ‘Create New Invititation’ there is a button ‘Remove Team Member’ next to the co-assessor.
Note that this remove button is missing from the Lead Assessor as Movementor will ensure there is always a Lead Assessor on a handling plan record.
Click on the ‘Remove Team Member’ button to remove the co-assessor.
Movementor will ask you to confirm the removal of the co-assessor.
Click the ‘Remove’ button and the co-assessor will be removed from the handling plan record.
Note that the assessor is only removed as a current team member for the handling plan record but is not removed from Movementor. Their history of input to the handling plan will remain.
Back on the ‘Teams’ view you will note that the co-assessor will have been removed.
