Making a Statement About the Current Situation
From the ‘Patient Detail’ view go to the handling plan record you wish to edit and click on the ‘Positive Handling Plan Development’ button.
This will take you into the ‘Handling Plan Development’ view ready to model what a good handling plan for a specified handling task will look like.
You won’t be able to access this section until you have flagged the Discovery sections as completed.
This is the same view that was used to model the handling plan but below the ‘Positive Handling Plan Modelling’ dropdown is a section called the ‘Positive Handling Plan’
This is a procedural list of the steps that need to be taken in order to perform the handling task.
As with the sections in the ‘Positive Handling Plan Modelling’ section to add items to the list simply type in the text box and once you start adding text a button will appear below the box allowing extra steps to be added.
Once completed you can save the list. You can save and exit this view or save and continue in this view saving as you progress the handling plan.
