Collaboration and Discussion
Discussion and the ability to debate the direction of the handling plan are key elements of team membership in Movementor.
Helping to develop the clinical reasoning of the handling plan is the main contribution the co-assessors make. Different disciplines/organisations/agencies will view the patient in a variety of ways shaped by their experience, disciplinary knowledge, and their perceived role in the handling plan design process.
To that end, Movementor provides simple tools to add comments to the various sections of the handling plan record so that their voice can be heard and become a part of the transparent record of the handling plan.
The comment feature allows the comments to be carefully targetted even within the various subsections.
Discuss Through Your Comments
Explore
Entering comments and team involvement is only part of the utilisation of comments. As you move onto the Explore and Implementation phases of the handling plan design process you need to go over that discussion to uncover lines of reasoning around clinical decisions being made.
As you model a good handling plan you need to be able to search all of those comments such that the all important discussion can be corralled to making good decisions on what needs to be included and what may need to be excluded from the handling plan.
